The challenge

The market for personal injury claims is highly competitive and very crowded. Whilst the firm was the first of its kind to cater specifically for Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain sufferers, a number of competitor firms have sprung up in recent years, also claiming to act for these clients.

Brian Barr needs to maintain its position as the leader in this niche, and generate significant enquiries from Fibromyalgia patients online.

The objectives

• Establish Brian Barr as the UK’s No.1 Fibromyalgia expert
• Ensure they maintain their top Google ranking for phrases relating to Fibromyalgia and CRPS compensation
• Drive more traffic from social media channels with active Fibromyalgia support groups
• Generate a significant increase in new enquiries

 What we did

• Rebuilt Brian Barr’s website with a user-friendly layout, and a strong call-to-action, so that when traffic reaches the site, it is easy to make an enquiry
• Ran an intensive SEO campaign. A key plank was to regularly post online in-depth articles that are relevant and of interest to Fibromyalgia and chronic pain sufferers, to help the Brian Barr website be found through Google
• Ensure new content is regularly shared with the Fibromyalgia community via social media and other relevant channels, in order to build up relationships with them
• Installed call tracking system, to better enable Brian Barr to measure how many phone enquiries are coming via the website
