If you’re running a social media campaign, ask yourself one simple question:
Do your clients know what you’re up to?
The more insights you can give them into what you do, the more they can relate to you. Take a camera with you wherever you go, and keep a record of your activities:
- If you’re a caterer, take photos of the function or of food you have prepared.
- If you’re a band, share a video of the band playing at a function.
- If you’re a public speaker, get someone to take a video of you speaking.
- If you’re a director, get a member of staff to shoot a video of you answering questions about your business.
The more active you are, and the more rich media (videos, photos etc.) you share, the more likely it is that people will pay attention to you. Nothing brings your company to life the same way as photos and videos.
